How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive within 7–12 business days. Every order ships with full tracking from day one, and shipping is free on orders over $50.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. You can also use the Track Order page in our menu at any time.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes — contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll change or cancel it free of charge. After that, it may already be on its way.
Returns & Guarantee
What is your return policy?
Every order is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy for any reason, contact us and we'll make it right — refund or replacement, your choice.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll ship a free replacement or issue a full refund immediately. No need to return the damaged item.
