Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

How to Start a Return

Email support@real-regal.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you instructions. Please do not send items back before contacting us.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (e.g. personal care products) cannot be returned once opened, unless faulty.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original and place a new order.
